Welcome to the world of Laura Huertas Ortiz. With years of training under the tutelage of a Master of Fine Arts Gloria Múnera, who inspired Laura in History of Art and the artist and Master of Plastic Arts Research Diego Fernando Parra Ochoa, who is a copyist at the Louvre Museum and who gave her painting classes to improve her technique. That´s why Huertas has developed a unique style that blends classical techniques with contemporary themes to create her art. Using a variety of mediums, from oils and acrylics to metal, Huertas creates paintings and sculptures with recycled material (scrap), that are as diverse as unique.
